Provided an item is in new, uninstalled, and/or unopened condition, a refund is possible for alternators returned within 90 days. No refund will be given on custom-made items, IndyAlt Gear, special order items, or items returned beyond 90 days from the invoice date. 

 

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, to help recover the cost of processing the return.

Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in 1-2 billing periods and take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

 

A receipt will be mailed to you to confirm your refund.
