Your newly purchased IndyAlt Alternator is meticulously crafted with top-quality materials to ensure reliable performance for many hours.
All IndyAlt items are protected by a limited warranty of three years or three hundred hours against defects in materials and craftsmanship (for distributed items, please contact us). The warranty period starts from the purchase date from IndyAlt.
You can establish the warranty period with the original purchase invoice.
If you encounter an issue and need warranty support, please contact IndyAlt before removing the item from your aircraft or sending it to us. We're committed to assisting you promptly and courteously. Please ship returned items prepaid by the customer, ensuring they're adequately packaged (including any applicable duties and fees).
We strongly advise insuring all packages for the item's replacement value and keeping tracking numbers for your records.
For Warranty Consideration, include a Service Request Form and supporting documentation like the original invoice proving the purchase date. Warranty processing begins once these items are complete and on file. After evaluation by our technicians, we'll inform you of our findings. Items eligible for warranty service will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and returned via domestic ground shipping at our expense. Items not eligible for warranty include any item purchased from our Gear Store.
Unauthorized field repairs, alterations, or disassembly void this warranty. Damage due to improper use, abuse, or installation contrary to IndyAlt's instructions isn't covered. IndyAlt isn't liable for damage to other components or accessories and is responsible only for the item in question. Labor, transportation, lost time, or potential revenue are excluded from this warranty. IndyAlt doesn't delegate warranty service and won't provide replacement credit for items obtained from third parties. All warranty claims must be handled directly with IndyAlt.
